PRACTICAL WORKFLOWS
How teams can use Mosaqo in real-world workflows
These are implementation models, not claimed customer case studies. Each one explains the workflow, useful Mosaqo capabilities and the metrics worth measuring until verified customer stories are available.
QUICK OVERVIEW
What this changes in practice
Multi-location hospitality
Separate placement codes, one shared template and editable menus.
Event operations
Registration, schedule and follow-up in one lifecycle.
D2C product journey
Instructions, warranty and after-sales after purchase.
Customer feedback QR codes
Collect private feedback, public reviews and placement-level conversion data.
01
Measure an outcome, not a vanity number
Define the action before launch: opening a menu, registering, reading a manual or leaving feedback. Compare scans with real contact volume and destination conversion.
- Scans per 100 contacts
- Destination conversion
- Time or cost saved on updates
02
How verified case studies will be added
With customer permission, a story will include context, baseline, time period, methodology and a verifiable result. Until then, Mosaqo does not publish fictional quotes or numbers.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Are these real customer case studies?
No, and the page says so before you read them: they are implementation models. A verified story appears only with the customer’s permission, and states its context, baseline, period, method and result.
Which number is worth reporting?
The action you defined before launch — a menu opened, a registration completed, a manual read — measured against how many people were in front of the code. Scans per 100 contacts and destination conversion say more than a scan total on its own.
Can I change a QR code destination after printing?
Yes, when the QR code uses dynamic mode. The printed matrix points to a Mosaqo short address, while the final destination can be updated in your workspace.
What is the difference between a static and dynamic QR code?
A static QR code stores its payload directly in the matrix and cannot be edited. A dynamic code uses a managed redirect, which enables destination updates and scan analytics.
