What the free plan includes
Ten QR codes, one place and three surveys. Inside those numbers nothing is held back: dynamic redirects, scan analytics, templates, custom domains, exports, the public API, webhooks, bulk generation, workspace roles and the whole feedback module behave exactly as they would on a paid plan — because there is no paid plan yet.
Archived codes still occupy a slot: an archived code keeps its short address reserved and can be restored, so ten is ten whether a code is live or put away.

Your current limit stays yours
If your workspace existed before 2 September 2026, it keeps the allowance it had that morning — twenty-five QR codes, and no ceiling at all on places or surveys — for as long as the workspace exists. The numbers above apply to workspaces created on or after that date.
This is not an introductory offer with a quiet end date. The cutoff is one constant in the code that grants the allowance, so honouring it does not depend on anyone remembering this page.

Paid plans are coming
Higher limits will arrive as paid plans. Prices, what each plan includes and the day they take effect will be published on this page before they apply, never after.
If you have hit a limit and cannot wait for that, write to hello@mosaqo.app and say what you are running. Until there is a checkout to point you at, these requests are handled one at a time.

How much does Mosaqo cost?

Is the customer feedback module included?
Yes, in full. The free plan covers one place and three surveys, and inside them campaigns, the hosted feedback page, NPS and CSAT questions, placement analytics, the response inbox and low-score alerts all work with nothing held back.
What happens when paid plans launch?
Prices, limits and the effective date are published here before they apply. Whatever your workspace is entitled to for free on that day, it keeps — that is what the cutoff above is for.
What if I need more than the free limits today?
Write to hello@mosaqo.app and describe what you are building. Paid plans are not open yet, so there is no checkout to send you to; requests are handled individually until there is.
Will static QR codes always continue working?
Yes. A static code stores its payload inside the printed matrix, so it never depends on Mosaqo servers or on your account remaining active.
Can I export my QR codes and scan data?
Yes. Export the codes as PNG, SVG or PDF, and take scan data out through CSV or the public API at any time.
Which export formats does Mosaqo support?
Mosaqo exports PNG for digital placements and SVG or PDF for scalable, print-ready artwork.
