What the free plan includes, and what counts
A workspace on the free plan has room for 10 QR codes, 1 place and 3 surveys. Workspaces created before 2 September 2026 keep 25 codes and no limit on places or surveys. Every code counts — drafts and archived ones too — and only deleting one permanently frees its slot.
Steps
- See what is used in the Usage card of Settings, or in the sidebar.
- Before you create a code, the create screen says how many are left.
- To make room, delete a code you no longer need with Delete permanently in its menu on the dashboard. Archiving keeps the code — and its slot.
- Paid plans are not open yet. If you need more, press Contact support in the limit dialog and we will raise the limit for you.
How to check it worked
After deleting a code the usage figure drops by one, and creating works again.
What usually goes wrong
- Archiving to make room. An archived code keeps its address, so it keeps its slot.
- A place that was ever published can only be archived, and an archived place still counts.
- A CSV import larger than the room left: the rows past the limit fail one by one.
