The built-in assistant

The assistant is the pill at the bottom of every workspace screen. It reads this workspace — your codes, places, surveys, scans and answers — and this help centre, and it can offer to do things for you. Nothing happens until you press the button on its card.

Steps

1. Press the pill and ask in your own words, in any language; it answers in the language you write in. Where your browser supports it you can dictate instead of typing — the browser does the listening.
2. Ask what to do next, why something will not publish, how many scans a code had, or what customers have said.
3. When it offers something — publishing drafts, changing where a code points, building a survey or a card design — read the card and press it if it is right.
4. It follows your role: a card you may not press says so.
5. To hide it, switch off AI assistant in Preferences. That applies to you in every workspace.

How to check it worked

Ask “which of my codes is scanned most?” — the answer names a code and a number from your own analytics.

What usually goes wrong

• Expecting it to act by itself. It only offers; you press.
• Asking about things outside Mosaqo. It declines those.
• Treating it as a private notebook. Questions and answers are kept for up to 90 days so we can improve it, and are deleted with your account.
