Design your reviews page
Each place’s page, and each survey, can carry your brand: a logo, a cover photo, colours, your contact details and opening hours, and your own words for the title and the button.
Steps
- Open the place and press Edit how the page looks — or open Reviews → Hosted page and pick a place or a survey.
- Under Brand, add a logo from your asset library and the business name, and add a Cover photo if you have one.
- Pick an accent colour, the page background and the corners under Colours & shape.
- Fill in Contact and hours, and change the title, subtitle and button under Words if you like — left empty, they stay the translated default.
- Switch blocks on or off, then press Save. The preview beside you is the real page.
How to check it worked
Open the page address on a phone and check the logo, colours and words.
What usually goes wrong
- A button that asks for five stars. The call to action has to stay neutral, and one that asks for a rating is refused on save.
- Looking for an upload button on the page. Images come from the asset library, and only ones that passed the safety check can be used.
- Words written in the wrong language. They apply to the page’s language, which is set on the place under Edit → Page language.
