Change the questions without losing answers
Questions live in a form under Reviews → Forms. Editing changes nothing guests see until you publish: publishing writes the next version, and answers already given keep the questions they were given.
Steps
- Open Reviews → Forms and the form, or press Edit the questions on a place or a survey.
- Edit, reorder or add questions — up to ten. Use as the primary score picks the headline question.
- Press Publish as vN.
- If one place or survey uses the form, it moves to the new version by itself. If several share it, nothing moves on its own: choose which ones move with Move to vN under Used by.
How to check it worked
Open the place’s form: it asks the new questions. Older answers in the inbox still show the questions they answered.
What usually goes wrong
- Expecting an edit to go live without publishing.
- Forgetting that a shared form moves nobody by itself.
- Adding the review link as a question. It is not a question; it is set on the place.
