Feedback and reviews

Run your first feedback campaign

A campaign holds the goal and the form, a placement is one printed spot with its own QR, and publishing takes all three live in a single operation. Setup walks seven steps in order and refuses to publish until a real phone has scanned the code inside a test window.

Steps

  1. Open Reviews → Campaigns → New campaign and choose the goal: public reviews, private feedback, or both.
  2. Pick the location, then the form — start from a CSAT or NPS template and edit the questions on the next step.
  3. Name the placement and say what it is: a receipt, a table tent, a window sticker, a parcel insert. One placement per printed spot.
  4. Design the card, or copy a design you already have. Reusing a design copies the card only — never another code’s identity.
  5. On the last step open a test window, scan the code with a real phone, then publish. The campaign, the placement and the QR go live together.

How to check it worked

Scan the printed code on mobile data, answer the first question, and open Reviews → Inbox. The response is there within seconds, with the placement name on it.

What usually goes wrong

  • Printing before publishing. The short link is fixed from the moment the code is created, but until you publish it resolves for nobody outside a test window.
  • Leaving setup at the design step and coming back through Add placement. The draft still owns its placement and its code — resume it from the campaign screen instead of minting a second one beside it.
  • One code for several spots. Scans and responses are counted per placement, so a receipt and a table tent sharing a code can never be compared.
