GOOGLE REVIEW QR CODE
Create a QR code that opens your Google review form
Turn your Google review link into a branded QR campaign. Send people directly to Google, or combine the same placement with a private feedback form, response inbox and a measured path to the public review action.
QUICK OVERVIEW
What this changes in practice
01
Turn your Google review link into a branded QR code
Copy the review link from your Google Business Profile, paste it into Mosaqo and style the code with your logo, colours and a prompt that says what happens after the scan.
Keep the code dynamic. If the profile link changes, or you move the scan to an NPS form or a feedback page, the destination updates in your workspace and the printed code keeps working.
- Your Google review link as the destination
- Logo, colours and a clear call to action
- Editable after the cards are printed
02
Choose a direct Google link or a combined feedback campaign
Use public-review mode when the only action should be opening the Google review form. Use combined mode when you also need structured private feedback, optional contact details and a response workflow inside Mosaqo.
In combined mode, the Google review action remains available to every respondent. It is not unlocked by a high score and is not hidden after a low score.
- Direct public-review mode
- Private feedback plus public CTA
- No score-based review gating
03
Track which review placements move customers through the funnel
Give every placement its own code. Campaign analytics then answer a practical question: does the receipt, table card or packaging insert generate only scans, or does it also lead to a hosted view, response and Google review click?
- Scans and hosted views
- Feedback submissions and review clicks
- One code per placement
04
Use review QR codes on receipts, tables, cards and packaging
Place the QR where the experience ends: on a receipt, table, package or confirmation screen. An early request produces less useful feedback.
05
Collect feedback without review gating
Invite every customer to share a genuine response. Do not route positive and negative experiences differently or use the QR code to manipulate review platforms.
A scan is an invitation, not a guaranteed review.
- A clear promise
- A short mobile form
- A useful thank-you state
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can the QR link directly to Google reviews?
Yes. Use a direct HTTPS review URL as the destination and test it on a phone without an active business-owner session.
Where do I find my Google review link?
Open your Google Business Profile, choose "Ask for reviews" and copy the short review link. Paste that URL into Mosaqo as the destination of a dynamic QR code.
