Signing in, devices and deleting your account
You sign in with Google or Apple; Mosaqo stores no password. Your devices, your sign-in method and deleting the account are all under Preferences.
Steps
- See and revoke signed-in devices under Active devices in Preferences; Revoke all except this one signs every other device out.
- To delete your account, press Delete account… in Preferences and sign in again to confirm. It is deleted after 30 days.
- To cancel, sign in within those 30 days and press Cancel deletion in Preferences. Signing in alone does not cancel it.
- Before you go, the owner can download the workspace as a file with Export data in Settings.
How to check it worked
After cancelling, Preferences no longer shows a deletion date.
What usually goes wrong
- Expecting your workspaces to pass to somebody else. Workspaces you own are deleted with the account, and their printed codes then show an unavailable page.
- Signing in with a different Google or Apple account than before. That is a different Mosaqo account.
- Looking for a way to add a second sign-in method. It is coming.
